Walter manages a talented team at the Albany Business Review that is responsible for implementing strategies to connect decision
makers with decision influencers. He brings a unique personal perspective to our organization in today’s environment. His immediate family is half black and half white, his children are bi-racial, his black father dedicated his life to law enforcement, and his black mom to
education. His sister is a principal at an inner-city school in NJ. It is with that lens he has unfiltered conversations about race relations and education.
Our students and partners need leadership that embodies the lived experiences they encounter daily. Walter’s passion is to give back to the community by coaching and mentoring professionals in today’s unrest. Educating and helping organizations are his top priorities.
through a unique perspective of empathy, accountability, awareness, and structural changes in an uncertain time.
